BauderFOAM – Rigid polyurethane foam

It is over 35 years since we started to produce polyurethane insulation materials at our Stuttgart site and we are still manufacturing there today, with a team of over 30 employees.

Thanks to one of the most advanced foam slabstock production lines in Europe, and the fact that we use only quality raw materials from specified, respected producers, we are able to manufacture block foams of the very highest quality. Machining is performed on modern, CNC controlled fabrication machines, which guarantee dimensional accuracy.

Last but not least, product quality is internally and externally monitored throughout the entire (ISO certified) value added process.

Bauder is a member of the IVPU (Rigid Polyurethane Foam Industry Association) and Germany's certification body for rigid polyurethane insulation materials (ÜGPU).
